How ReceiptDesk handles the information your organization and donors trust us with.

Information we handle

ReceiptDesk stores the organization details, donor records, gift records, receipts, and statements that your staff enter or import. It also stores account information for the staff members who sign in.

Organization separation

Records belong to the organization that created them. Access is limited to active members of that organization, and staff permissions follow their assigned role.

Receipt files

Receipt and statement PDFs are kept in private storage. Downloads use time-limited secure links generated for a signed-in staff member or for a receipt email. Files are not published on the open web.

Email delivery

When your team emails a receipt, the recipient address, the message identifier returned by the email provider, and the delivery outcome are recorded so staff can see what happened.

Activity history

Sensitive actions such as generating, sending, re-sending, and voiding receipts are recorded with the acting staff member and time.

Setup call requests

If you submit the setup call form, we store the details you provide so we can contact you about your request. We do not sell this information. Ask us and we will delete it.

Demo content

The demo organization contains fictional donors, amounts, and organization details created for illustration. It contains no real donor or financial information.
